1.      Function of complete machine

1).This machine includes feeding paper part, printing part, slotting part and die cutting part. This machine can simultaneously accomplish the process of printing, creasing, slotting, corner cutting and die cutting for the corrugated cardboard of three-layers, five-layers or seven-layers.

2).The drive part of the printing part adopts the big screw and bevel gear drive which increases the strength of the gears and the driving stability under the circumstance of lowering the noise. All the material of drive gears is 20CrMnTi alloys. These gears are after treatment of grinding, super harding and closed-type sprinkled lubricating.

3).Each part is electric clutch with warning bell. When clutch on-off, the bell will be warning to make sure the operator safe. The clutch motor with constant torsional moment which can buffer the impact of the parts when the operation is wrong.

4).After all the parts fold, each part is pneumatic locked. There is also lead locked cylinder which can make each part locked with bottom-track lock. If the cylinder is not locked, the main motor will not work.

5).Phase adjustment of printer, slotter and die cutter adopt electrical-and-numerical inputing the data  to do automatically returning 0 and 360° adjusting while stop working or during working.

2. Functions of main parts

(1) Feeding-paper part

Wind absorbing auxiliary paper feeding. The volume of the wind can be adjusted.

Brush dust-removal setting with dust-absorption fan. This setting can clear the dust on the surface of the cardboard.

Kicking paperboard is aluminum alloy material. There are rolling bearings in the bottom to be the helping point.

The rubber and ginned rollers combine to feed card. There is pneumatic buffer setting on the upper roller which can fit the change of the paper thickness and can also avoid the machine damage when feeding paper of wrong pieces.

The fore and behind baffles hand adjust while left and right baffles electrical adjustment.

(2)Printing part

The print rollers are after balance correction. The surface of them is grinded, polished and of hard chromium plating. The-printing-plate-reel structure is adopted. The pedal switch makes loading printing plate easy.

The print rollers are of hard chromium plating.

The middle part of surface of rubber roller is higher than sides. The purpose of this design is to compensate the deformation under the force and enhance the effect of ink distribution. The anilox roller is hard chromium and wearproof. The option range of reticle is 180-240 lines/inch. Automatically clean system for the rubber roller and anilox roller.

Inking system adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking with the ink cup to prevent the ink splashing.

Automatically distributing ink which realizes the technic of distributing ink when the machine stops.

Pneumatic control up and down of the anilox and rubber rollers to prevent the print plate from black overlay and to prevent the ink from being dried out and coagulative while stopping the machine.

The phase adjustment is adopted with electrical-and-numerical-inputing control. The phase part can be adjusted while stop working or during working. Easy operation and accurate position. Controllable precision ±0.05mm, axial adjustment is handling. The adjustable distance:20mm.

The phase motor adopts vector which can realize the high-or-low speed adjustment. This device can realize high-speed running when the operator use pedal switch to change print plate. When the phase adjustment and returning 0 are working, the phase motor will run in high speed. When it is near to the right position, the motor runs in lower speed which saves the time.

(3). Slotting part

Upper and lower knife disk and creasing wheel synchronously move from left to right with manual adjustment.

The height adjustment of carton: synchronously manual adjustment for the four knives.

The phase adjustment: the same as the printer part.

(4). Die cutting part

This part can make the carton one-time molding through

Hatching,cutting angel,cutting edge,creasing and cycle cutting.

Main structure

   a.Rubber covers adopt fastening-type excellent rubber.

Easy to install and uninstall. Long service life.

   b.Adopting mechanical control the position movement of the.The movement length:40mm. This structure makes the rubber covers equally wear,which can long the service life.

c.Phase electrical adjustment with returning0 device.

d.Knife axis-position adopts drawing measurement aiming.

   It can handle(or electrical) move 10mm.

e.There is auto repairing device with auto compensating function which makes the rubber rollers after repairing keep right speed proportion with the cutting knife.

(5) Piling part(stacker)

Two-segment antislip conveyor belt which the forepart can put up to make the entering operation convenient.

photo-electric detection make the piling automatic.It means that the paper cattier is rising while the piling part piles.

Intelligent design for the electrical system.When the piling reaches a contain height,the paper carrier will automatically rise.At the same time,the carrier folds carry paper for a while to let the operator pull paper out. After a period pf time(you can set the time),the paper carrier automatically goes down the lowest point. Piling begins again.

The piling part is safe,reliable and tidy. The max. height of piling paper is 1600mm.
